WHO SHE IS: I (Bill) met Trish while I was in charge of the implementation of
FFCA’s website back in 1994. I made the wise choice of hiring Trish, who was
working for another company at the time as an outside consultant. She helped us
a great deal in implementing the site and we became friends. Even though she had
never met my wife, Carol, before, she volunteered to bartend at Carol’s 40th
birthday party—because that’s the kind of person she is! Trish was a great
addition, who made the party even funner. We lost touch for awhile, but have

WHO HE IS: I (Bill) have known Marcus since the early-1980’s while working
at Arthur Andersen. It was unusual for a tax staff person, such as I was, to
hang out with an IT Manager, such as Marcus was, but Marcus is one of those
people who you just want to know. Unfortunately, we lost touch until 1997, when
FFCA and I parted ways after 11 years, and, fortunately for me, Marcus happened
to be doing a consulting job for FFCA at the time. Sensing my need, he
graciously offered me and my family the use of his cabin in
Prescott
to just get away and unwind—because that’s the kind of guy he is! We have
kept in touch since then. I have helped Marcus refinance his home.
