WHO HE IS: I (Bill) lived next door to Dan and his wife, Karen, for about 9
years. As you might imagine, during this time, Carol and I got to know and
became "best friends" with Dan and Karen. Many a night was spent
playing "Hearts" with them.
WHAT HE DOES: Dan has spent his entire adult life in the residential home
construction business, working for decades with some of the more recognized
Valley home builders. He has been building custom homes for his own clients for
the past decade.
